• Ready to Ship items are shipped within 1-3 business days
• Custom Items can take from 3 to 4 weeks to create. Custom orders can be waitlisted depending on number of orders in queue. Order times will be discussed during the order process.
• All items are shipped USPS.

• There are no refunds or returns on all items.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once started.

• The epoxy products I use are FDA approved as food safe. 
• Your cup has been sealed. If you chip or damage your cup, you should discontinue use. 
• Although the epoxy products I use contain UV protection, epoxy naturally ambers over time. Excessive exposure to sunlight or UV rays will quicken that process.
• White tumblers will show the amber process more quickly. Special care should be taken to not expose white tumblers to sunlight or other UV lights.
